Inverter Cooling Fan Noise

It is only discussed beeping sound or alarm sounds but my inverter makes swooshing noise getting louder then getting completely silent like a fan operated by regulator whether it is cooling fan if any that is inside.

As soon as the increased fan activity is able to cool down the inverter the circuit automatically steps back to state 2 and later to the calming state 1. The fan isn t a problem during the day but at night when things are quiet it is really noticeable if you were using it to say just power a light. So i m wondering how foolish it would be to disconnect or add a simple switch the cooling fan. Maybe when the dust is gone the fan will run less. A noise maker buzzer cries out indicating that the level of the heat would harm the inverter and the fan can not compensate the amount of heat dissipation.
